Mike is dedicated to the success of the company which is evidenced by his personal integrity, commitment to quality, and innovative perspectives. Mike is particularly passionate about sustainable design and construction, or “green building.”

Steve is a registered Structural Engineer who joined AEB as a Project Manager in 1998. Steve is an active volunteer in youth sports and the Rochester Catholic Schools system. Steve enjoys traveling and camping, particularly in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.

Tim has been with AEB 24 years - 10 in the field and 14 as Safety Director. When in the field, Tim was a journeyman carpenter, carpenter foreman and field superintendent. He was a Combat Engineer in the Marine Corps in the late 70’s and completed the 2 year Carpentry Program at Moorhead Tech thereafter. He likes dogs, racquetball, and big game hunting.

Tom is a licensed Architect and a Professional Engineer, He joined Alvin E. Benike, Inc in 1984 to design and manage design/build projects. He also has been involved for many years with the Rochester Youth Soccer Association, and enjoys watching his children play soccer.
