Aaron Benike, Vice President
Aaron is a Construction Engineer from Iowa State and has been a LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional since 2005. Aaron and his wife Allison enjoy running, bike riding, skiing and fishing with his sons Carter and Ethan.

Adam Benike, Project Manager / Estimator
Adam is also a graduate of Iowa State University where he kicked for the Cyclones football team. Adam joined Alvin E. Benike, Inc. in 2004 as an estimator/project manager. He specializes in healthcare construction. Adam is recently married and spends his free time hunting and fishing.

Steve Bieniek, PE, Project Manager
Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and his Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. Steve is a registered Structural Engineer who joined AEB as a Project Manager in 1998. Steve is an active volunteer in youth sports and the Rochester Catholic Schools system. Steve enjoys traveling and camping, particularly in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.

Tim has been with AEB 20 years - 10 in the field and 10 as Safety Director. When in the field, Tim was a journeyman carpenter, carpenter foreman and field superintendent. He was a Combat Engineer in the Marine Corps in the late 70’s and completed the 2 year Carpentry Program at Moorhead Tech thereafter. He likes dogs, racquetball, and big game hunting.

Dave started working for Alvin E. Benike, Inc. in the Fall of 1978 as a project manager/esimtator. He enjoys the great outdoors, traveling and riding bike.

John has been in the construction Industry since 1970. He graduated Western Illinois University and has been involved in many local service organizations including serving as a past president of the Rochester Area Builders Association.

Tom graduated in 1969 from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. Tom is a licensed Architect and a Professional Engineer, He joined Alvin E. Benike, Inc in 1984 to design and manage design/build projects.
